How to prepare for your Family Photo-shoot

Working as a family & children’s portrait photographer here in London I have picked up a few tips to guide you.

Whether it’s the children being photographed, a couple or the whole family it’s important that you plan and prepare properly for the family photosession. It only takes a fraction of a second to take each picture with a digital camera but its essential to decide beforehand what kind of look you want for your family photos. You are free to bring along different outfits and props to create different styles but make sure you have worked out beforehand what goes with what. If you are well prepared then it’s only natural that the portrait photosession will flow easier than if things are left to the last minute.
